Dragon Hearthstone is the second book of the Westfal series, which continues the adventures of the main characters introduced in the Grail of Culloden.

Plans foiled for now but healed, Faline has escaped but is being pursued by the half-elf assassin Riasean. Gall moves south, seeking help for Larah, traumatized by events in the Citadel of the Crescent Moon. But before he can help her, he receives word of trouble in Bretagne.
