I am having a hard time generating images for Larah. She is one of the main protagonists of my Westfal series. She is a young female druid on a quest to find her destiny. She is both magical and innocent, yet my concept and Leonardo’s production are at odds. My first few attempts all centered around this prompt:
Create a pencil sketch of an 18-year-old European woman in a fantasy setting. She has shoulder-length wavy black hair and brown eyes with dark arched eyebrows. She is wearing a dark green tunic with long sleeves and fingerless gloves. Over her tunic, she wears a forest-green hooded cloak, secured with a silver swan-shaped cloak pin. Her outfit includes brown breeches and knee-high riding boots. From her sword belt, a dagger hangs along with several small pouches. The woman is depicted in an action pose, with one hand upraised as if casting a spell, and the other hand reaching into a pouch for an item. The sketch should capture the dynamic nature of her spellcasting and the detailed elements of her attire.
What I ended up with, despite several repeated attempts, was something between Little Red Riding Hood, and The Vixen of the Woods:

Was not entirely happy with this, so like my attempt with Faline, I took the Microsoft Designer image and used that for the basis of another attempt. First, the image from Designer:

And the resulting translation by Leonardo. Note: that allowed color to be used, unlike my attempt at Faline’s image:

A bit more sultry than I had intended, but I really like the detail. Another alternative offered up was this:

I think I will use these images a bit more, but I want to establish the right color scheme.
